  • 6 – 10 patients per day in primary care role
  • Inpatient psychiatric hospital exclusively serving court-ordered individuals
  • Team of 6 providers covering primary care
  • Optional call schedule — 1-3 admissions per call night when participating
  • Manage medical comorbidities alongside psychiatric care — no procedures required
  • 3- to 6-month initial commitment preferred for ongoing need
  • 60 patients average daily census including long-term patients
